When will Archecolour reply?


Archecolour will reply to you as soon as we read your email and verify that your payment has been cleared. As all responses are personalised, if sleep commitments have called, expect a reply within 24-48 hours. You will not receive an automatically generated responder message, so go and find some pictures of your dream designs while waiting for our personalised reply.

Some solutions may require further relevant research which may be time-consuming. Please be patient if we are working on your personalised design solution.

Can I make my payment by direct deposit, I don’t have a PayPal account?


Yes. Your payment can be made by direct deposit. Please email us for bank details.

A PayPal account is not required. You can make payment by Credit Card or Debit Card from the PayPal page. PayPal will process your payment and direct you to a PayPal confirmation page.
